The place is beautifully decorated and absolutely great, we did not want to leave!
The whole interior is nice and rooms are brand-new and big. The hotel offers good and absolutely perfect location in easy walking distance from everything. And its nestled in a very well maintained building close enough to the mountains and back garden and the city center and the beautiful church.

Our stay at Tierra Maya was fantastic! The personal at the hotel went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and took care of any issues that arose. We had a small problem with our airport transfer, but the hotel more than made up for it by offering us free breakfasts and a delicious lunch box for our day trip. The location was perfect, close to the center but still in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The authentic Mexican look of the hotel added to the charm, and our room was spacious and exactly as pictured. We also appreciated the option to book tours and airport transfers through the hotel. we had a wonderful experience at Tierra Maya and would highly recommend it to others.

The location is perfect, as it is within easy walking distance to the beautiful church of Guadalupe and many good restaurants. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds for a great night's sleep. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was simple but sufficient, and there was plenty of coffee and purified water available. The view from our room was not the best, but we didn't mind as we were out exploring most of the time.
The room lacked privacy as the big window faced the hotel entrance, but the owner was kind enough to offer us a room change.

The value for money at Tierra Maya was excellent - we got a cozy room with beautiful wooden details and a stunning mountain view. The location was great, not too noisy but still within walking distance of everything. The staff, especially Eddy, were super friendly and accommodating.
For breakfast, it would be great to have a wider selection of options available.
