We had a small problem with our airport transfer, but the hotel more than made up for it by offering us free breakfasts and a delicious lunch box for our day trip. The location was perfect, close to the center but still in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The authentic Mexican look of the hotel added to the charm, and our room was spacious and exactly as pictured. We also appreciated the option to book tours and airport transfers through the hotel. we had a wonderful experience at Tierra Maya and would highly recommend it to others.
